The parish consists of two congregations, over 60 employees, and five churches.

We have worshipping congregations in several of the churches. We have rich musical activities in the form of choirs, concerts, and a unique Cahman organ in one of our churches. We have a well-developed goal-setting and operational plan with clear objectives, good finances, and conduct active environmental scanning and collaboration with local actors to maintain good contact with our parishioners. Experienced cantor sought for Årsunda-Österfärnebo

• Playing at church services.
• Choir activities; children's and adult choirs.
• Playing at soup lunches and music cafés.

The position includes weekend work every other weekend.

Who we are looking for

You have a cantor education or equivalent. You share the values of the Church of Sweden and are a member of the Church of Sweden. We will place great emphasis on previous experiences and personal suitability, especially as the position requires high collaboration skills and flexibility. You have a B driver's license and access to your own car. An audition will be applied.
